■Rules■
Each idol can join one of those 7 events. No.1 idol will shoot 2 videos for TOP2 fans.
Other TOP2 idols will shoot one video for each No.1 fans of them.
※TOP3 idols will not be able to move to "CHEERZ" by being TOP3 in this video message event.
※Even if event participating idols move to CHEERZ feed when they rank in TOP3 in CHEERZ NEXT monthly ranking,
they will still be participating in this event.

Event flow❤
STEP 1
Install the free app “CHEERZ” within the event period and send “CHEER” to the idols you are willing to get a video message from!
STEP 2
At the end of each event, TOP2 fans of TOP 3 idols participated in the events will get the videos!
※Depending on the ranking of the idols, the number of fans who will be able to get the videos will be changed.
STEP 3
Winning users will see 『！』mark (notice) shown on the gray icon in the app! Tap "Gift status" and type your name & message for the idol in the special page! Please wait for the video after completing all the proccess above.

【About the present(video)】
TOP3 idols from each event will shoot video messages only available to you!
TOP3 idols x TOP4 fans x 7 events = 28 users can get their favorite idols' videos.
※No.1 idol will shoot 2 videos for TOP2 fans.
Other TOP2 idols will shoot one video for each No.1 fans of them.
【How to participate】
Download the free app “CHEERZ”, and start sending “CHEER” to pictures of idols on the app.
【Winning conditions】
In each event, the idol you “CHEER” has to be ranked in the TOP3 on the ranking.
Also you need to be ranked in the TOP2 on the fan ranking of No.1 idol.
Or, you have to be ranked in No.1 of TOP2 idols' fan rankings.
※Idols not listed on the participating list above are not eligible for the events even if they are active on CHEERZ NEXT.
※When the idol is on the list and the event she does not participate in is hold, she is not eligible for that event.
※You can still get presents even if you are ranked in the TOP3 on fan rankings of a few different idols.

Please apply for the video message on the special page you can go on by tapping the "Gift status" butten.
※We will not make an announcement of users who are not ranked in the TOP3.

when the video is available.
Videos will be available from the 22nd of July 2016 sequentially, when we recieve them from each idol.
※In some cases we need some time for preparation of videos.
※Depending on the situation of each managemnet of idols, it will be delayed to deliver videos.
We would appreciate your understanding.
・You can receive a present at no fee.
・If you do not apply for the video during the application period, the video will not be sent to you.
・Regarding how to receive the video, we will inform each winning user of it in detail.
・When receiving the present (video), confirmation of the account used to “CHEER” the idol will be required.
Please make sure not to delete your account or app until you receive the present.
・The winning user is the only one who is allowed to receive the present.
The present is not allowed to be sold or given to a third party.
・Returning and exchanging the present are not accepted.
・You cannot download the video message but can play it on the special website.
・The video message is only for the purpose of enjoying privately or watching at home.
・Please refrain from making a copy of a video (including changing the data form), editing it, spreading the copy version
and delivering the video via the internet.
・Due to each production company’s situation, some videos may not be available after a certain period of time.
・The present may be changed without prior notification in some cases.
・Please be aware that your application will not be accepted in the following cases.

※Deletion of user account before receiving the present
※Any other inappropriate behaviors found

If cheating found, dishonest votes (cheers) will not be counted.
